The Third Session of the Fourteenth Dalian People's Congress Concluded

The Third Session of the Fourteenth Dalian People's Congress Concluded Successfully in World Expo Square on 16th January with all the agendas completed.

In the morning of January 16, the third plenary session of the third session of the fourteenth Dalian People's Congress was held. Those who were present at the conference were Xia Deren, Huai Zhongmin, Li Jingrui, Wang Chengmin, Ju Wenhua, Tian Shujun, Qian Zhongjie, Chen Limin and the members of presidium. The meeting was presided over by Huai Zhongmin executive chairman of the congress and the secretary of standing committee of municipal committee.

Report on the Implementation of 2009 Plan for Dalian Economic and Social Development and the Report on the Draft 2010 Plan for Dalian Economic and Social Development, Report on the Implementation of Budget of Dalian for 2009 and on the Budget of Dalian for 2010 and Resolution on the Work Report of the Government were adopted on the meeting.

Mayor of Dalian, secretary of standing committee of municipal committee and other elected leaders walked onto the stage and greeted to the representatives. Li Wancai, elected mayor of Dalian delivered a speech affectionately.
